After a horrible weak of painful physio and scans at the hospital, this was humbling and inspiring. Thank you so much for posting this.
While I was getting my scans done, I learned that SickKids needs crib mattresses desperately because the old ones contribute to skin breakdown. I felt ashamed because here I was feeling sorry for myself. So, I donated.
