hey! we didn’t just have 20cm! i think we got over 100cm in a week, it just kept coming down and it wouldn’t stop!
and if toronto shuts down, the whole country goes down with it, so take it easy on us! lol
jokes aside, the national guard fiasco had a lot more to do with our incompetent mayor at the time, mel lastman, than anything else
the city was a complete mess because of him!

Yes the pathways are fantastic, and necessary! I love that there I can get anywhere important without putting on my outdoor gear! The one thing is you never really realize how far you go until you have to walk back LOL

I have been to Winnipeg several times as my parents both grew up in Northern Minnesota! I am intrigued by the underground pathways in your downtown area.
