Heartburn was my very first symptom. I'd never had heartburn bad enough to take Tums in my life, and I was having dinner with some friends on Bloor Street in Toronto and had to send my husband to find a convenience store or pharmacy to bring some back to me. That was really early, probably only a couple of days after conception - way too early to test. I only suspected something might be up because we were actively trying to get pregnant. I didn't have a lot of boob soreness either, but I did notice them looking and feeling "different" pretty early on. One other thing I noticed really early was kind of a fluttery feeling in my lower abdomen, or sometimes even a vibrating - again, I'm talking before my period was even due, so certainly not baby moving - I've heard other women say they felt the same thing. Some seem to feel it really early like I did, others near the end... so I'm guessing it has something to do with your uterus expanding and maybe pressing on a nerve or something. Oh, and about a week before my period was due I was a couple hours late for work because I couldn't stop crying for absolutely no reason... that's when I was pretty sure I was pregnant. I did a test the next day, but it was too early to show up.
